Köln
Full-time
Permanent employee
43,000 - 50,000 € per year

Want to make a difference?

As a (Junior) Paid Social Manager (all genders), you execute our paid social campaigns hands-on, continuously optimize them, and ensure that our content reaches the right audiences.

With a strong focus on performance, data, and testing, you manage campaigns in day-to-day operations and continuously improve them — primarily on Meta, with future expansion to TikTok and other platforms. Together with Brand, Creative, and E-Commerce, you ensure that our communication not only looks good but also delivers measurable performance and drives the growth of ARMEDANGELS.

Who we are...

Since 2007, ARMEDANGELS has proven that fashion can be done differently: innovative and timeless, produced according to responsible standards for people and planet. No wage slavery, no harmful chemicals, no cheap mass production. What started as a simple idea to print T-shirts and donate profits to charitable projects has grown into one of Europe’s largest sustainable lifestyle brands. With a team of 160 people and four collections per year, we demonstrate that responsibility and great product design are not mutually exclusive.

What is the job about?

  • You execute and manage paid social campaigns on a daily basis — with a focus on Meta (Instagram, Facebook), and with future expansion to TikTok and other platforms.

  • You monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, audiences, and placements.

  • You run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures and derive clear, actionable learnings.

  • You collaborate closely with the Creative and Brand teams to brief and further develop performance-driven creatives.

  • You analyze key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates and use these insights to continuously improve campaign performance.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable qualification.

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social (especially Meta).

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, ideally also with TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Basic understanding of tracking, KPIs, and data-driven work in an e-commerce environment.

  • Strong analytical thinking, a hands-on mindset, and motivation to manage and optimize campaigns operationally.

  • Interest in creatives, trends, and storytelling in a digital environment.

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.

What can you expect?

  • Inspiring environment: Work in an innovative company striving to operate as sustainably as possible and continuously setting new standards.

  • Flexibility: Trust-based working hours and the possibility of hybrid work.

  • Team spirit: Enjoy memorable celebrations with amazing colleagues, an office full of history, and a dog-friendly workplace.

  • Benefits: €50 monthly non-cash benefit via guudcard, ARMEDANGELS shopping vouchers, attractive employee discounts, a JobRad and/or Germany ticket, and a company pension scheme.

  • Support: Our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential support in any life situation.

  • Come as you are: No dress code – just be yourself (clothing is, of course, required!).
